What is Pilates ?
It is a series of movements performed mostly on a mat on the floor.  These movements work the muscles by lengthening and strengthening. Whilst working the muscles we stabilise deep postural muscles (core stability) building strength and working with good technique maximises results. 

Pilates builds strength without sacrificing flexibility and produces good body alignment.
