No army style training. The focus is on increasing confidence to do more and we do not intimidate people by shouting or pushing people beyond their capabilities.
About The Sessions
A personal program is designed just for you, after assessing your current levels of: Health and fitness, Posture type, Lifestyle and Confidence.
These are assessed to start with and together we will progress through the sessions. Assessments are continuous (at different degrees) throughout sessions, so we know when to stay at the same level, introduce other training methods or move through the levels.
Personal training always starts with a free consultation up to 30 minutes long to assess whether personal training is for you.
Health and Fitness Assessments
The first session always starts with a:
Blood Pressure Test and Resting Heart Rate
Body Fat Test (bio-impedance method) and BMI (Body mass index)
Posture check
Heart rate monitors are used in the first few sessions (to assess comfortable pace and current cardio vascular fitness levels) and used intermittent after that.
Other methods of assessing monitoring heart rate will be discussed.

Visiting you at your home we aim to make being healthy an integral part of your life and incorporating it into your home life can make it easier to stick to as theres no added traveling time to fit in.
