                           A fun, sociable way to start jogging and stay motivated !!


No sessions now until spring.

In spring there will be 2 seperate groups at different times.  A power walking group and a beginners jogging group.

More information later about this, but if you want to sign up ready for spring go to contacts page with your message of which group you would like to be in.
